Well that was awkward/slightly embarrassing.

When I was walking down the stairs of the gym, there was a couple in front of me, man and wife. The wife was pregnant. 

My jumprope slipped and I almost fell down the stairs. But some guy who was walking down the stairs behind me caught me… and then we had this awkward exchange of “thanks for that.” LOL.

BUT the thing that was so ANNOYING was like the couple were giving me the MOST STANK FACES, like I almost potentially aborted their child by accident.

FIRST OF ALL. BITCH - WHY ARE YOU AT THE GYM. YOU LOOK LIKE YOU AREA ABOUT TO GIVE BIRTH TO A GODDAMN ORCA. THAT’S HOW BIG SHE WAS. READY. TO. POP.

Pregnant couples tho - the sense of entitlement is so real. I’m allowed to fall at the gym. If I just so happened to pinball your wife down the stairs I WOULD HAVE FELT TERRIBLE - but with those looks they were giving me I was like WHAT - KINDA WISH I DID THO.

Stank.

Another awkward thing was the fact that the guy who caught me is someone I see ALL THE TIME and he always looks like he’s  trying to talk to me. So after he basically saved me from knocking down the pregnant pin and potentially busting some serious ass… I think he wanted to have a conversation…

AND THAT WAS SER AWK. LIKE IM SORRY. BUT WE ARE NOT HAVING THIS CONVERSATION RIGHT NOW I NEED TO RECUPERATE FROM THE INTENSITY OF THE EMBARASSMENT. HAHAHAHA.

Filed under I'm actually requesting a mammogram on Friday Remember when I got a sonogram for breast cancer about a year ago and they said it was nothing and that it was just a lesion? welp it's back and now it's worse and now i'm even more worried because of how my period was over the summer and now i'm on birth control and my hormones are everywhere gonna die who gets a mammogram for breast cancer at 23

Today’s look was basically every day’s look. Sigh. This was from this morning. It’s almost tomorrow and I’m still procrastinating on this damn paper by posting up OOTDs. Hahaha. 

I need a new bras tho. Side note of the year. I should go shopping. What is shopping.

HAVING A VERY DIFFICULT TIME WRITING THIS PAPER THAT ISN’T EVEN DIFFICULT IT’S BITCHWORK. WHAT EVEN IS THIS. I could have done this paper WEEKS AGO. Christ.
So coffee at 10:30 at night sounds like a brilliant idea… eggcelent. 
So in terms of grub today was ALRIGHT.Could’ve been better… everything was just really rushed.
Ml 1 - tahchin (persian food, 1 slice ~1/2 cup rice/yogurt/chicken breast)
Ml 2 - 2 oz. tuna, 1 cup white rice, 1 cup brussel sprouts (hot sauce/mostaza) + apricot
ML 3 - apple + almonds
(got home, knocked out for like 800 hours. Fail)
Ml 3 - 4 oz. chicken breast, 1/3 white potato, 1 cup of carrot juice, guacamole + lays chips. Oops.
Dropping carbs tomorrow - training shoulders and doing cardio… gonna be guuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuud. No gym today… just never made it… virtually no energy and way too much school work. Back to the hermit life. lol jk, all my mentor events start this week. HOLY Moly.
Breast cancer awareness 5k this Sunday with my mentee, medical school visit, hospital volunteering, medical interpreter proficiency exam, applying to research assistant positions all over again… what even is spare time? 
DISGONBEGOOD THO. I am my best (academically/organizationally/socially) when I am this busy. EGGCELENT.

Today was such a poo lifting day. BUT IT WAS AN EXCELLENT CARDIO DAY. A+ for HIIT. Haven’t felt like I was gonna die from a workout in a looooong time. Stair mill sprints kill doe.
